We are two cousins from London, who decided to combine our passions and skills to create a recruitment agency dedicated to education.

With one of us a qualified teacher and the other an experienced education recruiter with a background in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, we are excited to work with educators looking for a range of roles. Our shared goal is simple: to connect exceptional teachers with schools that value

Eden Hurley

As an experienced Primary School Teacher, I am dedicated to providing the best solutions for both candidates and schools through The Classroom Experts. I am committed to working with my local communities and excited to build on these relationships as time goes on.

I love to travel and explore, as well as spend time camping in various parts of the UK. My favourite spot in London is the top of Greenwich Park.

Olivia Sheppard

I’ve had the pleasure of working with children and young people with SEND for over 15 years, whether that be as a class teacher or a community support worker. For the past 5 years, I have worked alongside primary & SEND schools across the UK, supporting them in finding them the best teachers, TA’s and therapeutic staff.

I’m hugely passionate about inclusion and want to equip every educator with the skills and knowledge of how to make adjustments to their teaching that makes the world of difference to children with SEND.

I’m also an avid traveller, baker and gym-goer (on occasion!). You can often find me in coffee shops with a cinnamon bun and chai latte!
